Angela Koutsofrigas

Angela is a qualified Dr. of Chinese Medicine, registered Acupuncturist, and an integrative bodyworker with a strong interest in fertility, pregnancy, women's health and pain management. She is a qualified yoga teacher and birth educator as well as a mother of three children.

Angela is available for appointments in:

  • Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine (fertility / women's health)

  • Birth education & preparation

  • Prenatal / postnatal massage

JodyAnn van Keulen

JodyAnn is a multi-skilled practitioner and bodyworker. She has been practicing remedial massage therapy since 2000 and Hawaiian Kahuna Hot Stone massage from 2005 onwards. JodyAnn is also a Clinical Hypnotherapist with a keen interested in women's health and wellbeing, and offers HypnoBirthing courses for expecting families. Other modalities include cupping, dry needling, myofacial release, and prescription exercise and more.

Sophie Jeffries

Sophie Jeffries is an experienced Pilates Instructor and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, Postpartum Doula, Shiatsu Therapist and mother of two children.

Sophie is available for Mums n Bubs Pilates and Motherbody Pilates  for mums who want to build whole body core strength safely and effectively for Motherhood.
