Biography


Fiona is a qualified Naturopath, Massage Therapist and Birth Attendant with over 30 years experience.
She has worked at Fertile Ground Health Group since 2006.


As a qualified birth attendant, having trained with Rhea Dempsey, Fiona also provides remedial massage, reiki and homeopathic support during labour.


Fiona is part of Rhea Dempsey's apprentice program supporting independent childbirth education and training for new doulas into this work-of-the-heart.


Fiona has attended more than a hundred births and is able to combine her skills and knowledge to support and enhance your birth experience.


Fiona believes in supporting women to have the best possible birth experience regardless of how or where you deliver your baby.


She is passionate in supporting all families.


Fiona is exactly the kind of woman you would want to have at your birth. Calm, confident, experienced in all settings, reliable, strong, supportive and always ready to give you a massage when you need it!
