Prenatal Yoga

In the Mana studio space, we offer weekly Prenatal Yoga classes specifically designed for the journey of pregnancy. Curated to be a therapeutic blend of bodywork, breath and meditation, interweaving childbirth education, Prenatal Yoga will physically and mentally prepare you for birth. There is a focus on active birth techniques, relaxation as well as wisdom and knowledge that will support you through each stage of your pregnancy and birthing journey. Linking yoga postures with the breath will lead you to new discoveries, bringing awareness to the mind, body and spirit. The intention is to instil you with the courage, confidence and trust to combine comprehensive understanding together with your instinct and intuition when birthing your baby.
