Service Description

When booking, please select your preferred time —you’ll then be guided to the booking page. Classes are available for casual bookings or as a set of six. Our prenatal yoga classes are designed to support you through pregnancy, helping you reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom. Each session integrates movement, breathwork, and childbirth education while also addressing common aches and discomforts, leaving you feeling grounded, strong, and deeply connected to your baby. HOUSEKEEPING: - If you’re unwell or unable to attend, please cancel or reschedule your spot so we can offer it to someone else. - Class credits or refunds will only be provided if a cancellation is made by Mana. - Just bring yourself – Mats, bolsters, blankets, and all accessories are provided for your comfort.
