Yoga Studio

Mana’s yoga studio is a space to retreat, practice, move, meditate and be part of a growing community. In our spacious, light filled studio we offer ongoing weekly classes in prenatal yoga, prenatal pilates and Mums & Bubs yoga and pilates.

Our studio also hosts workshops and events that invite the opportunity to delve deeper into the wisdom of various practices. We believe that Yoga is for everybody and this is something we express through our classes. All levels are welcome to practice with us.

By offering different variations we challenge and reward each student with results that benefit both body and mind.

Testimonials

I have been doing Sues Prenatal Yoga classes, and the education you receive through is like no other. It is like having your own Doula weaving labor techniques through your sessions. I loved her education so much myself and my husband just completed her private 2 hour birthing education class. It was the most information I have received my whole pregnancy and left me feeling empowered going into my birth. My husband could not speak more highly of the education he received and now feels he understands how he can better support me. Thank you so much Sue!
